Ascendnt Fire TV is positioning itself as a new Major Market Television Network dedicated to help the revival of the true entrepreneurial spirit in our society and our programs will reflect the ethics and values of that belief. It has been designed to cater to those for today and tomorrow’s needs, all ages and all races throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Infinity Television Broadcasting will have 3 buildings with a total of 9 sound stages at the Ascendent Studios complex to direct, produce and distribute television programs for National distribution.

 

Ascendent Television Network will be the Station branding and the division that we will structure for our television stations nationally and will have the infrastructure at the complex to operate a National Television Stations from one location. Initially launched in 7 of the Top 10 television Markets, 14 of the top 20, the Ascendent Television Network will be broadcast in over 44 million households with a market penetration of over 38%. Currently, in addition to the above numbers, we are in talks with DIRECTV to have our own National Channel, which with cover 20 million subscribers. With a combination of original programming (drama, music, comedy, cooking and travel to name a few), and a mix of syndicated programs, we will have programming that appeals to all audiences.
